The popularity of digital photography in recent years has exploded thanks to the continuous evolution of the digital camera. When the flash goes off automatically, the flash we’ll expose both the background and the subject equally (at least to its best ability). However with the fill flash mode, the camera will expose the background first and then afterwards will add just enough flash to illuminate the subject as well. This can when done right creates a softer, more professionally appealing digital photograph.
